Mr. Djangtoloum takes over the management of the Academy in Chad. He replaces Mr. Heleona Soulgan, the National Director of Sports and Alliance correspondent since 2008. He had organized the missions of the Alliance in N'Djamena within the framework of the 2nd Conference of Ministers of Arts and of culture at CENSAD.

 

Mr. Djangtoloum is the Managing Director and a permanent teacher at the National Institute for Youth and Sport in N’Djamena. After studying physical education in N'Djamena then at the National Higher Institute of Popular Education and Sport in Dakar, he completed doctoral studies at the National Pedagogical University of Kinshasa - DRC. He is a graduate in the management of physical activities, sport and leisure and in the management of Olympic sports organisations. He is a Senior Physical Education and Sports Advisor and certified in first aid.

 

Mr. Djangtoloum has attended numerous national and international seminars in IT, organization of sports competitions, skills training, first aid, water and housing. He was a national technical director in athletics from which he graduated as a coach. He is also a football coach.
